UNIONDALE, N.Y. (AP) _ Arbor Realty Trust (ABR) on Friday reported first-quarter profit of $73.1 million.

The Uniondale, New York-based company said it had net income of 40 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to 55 cents per share.

The real estate investment trust posted revenue of $166.7 million in the period.

Arbor Realty Trust shares have declined almost 6% since the beginning of the year. The stock has declined 3% in the last 12 months.
